An answering Service Agent is responsible for answering incoming calls from our clients. You answer questions, listen to complaints and offer solutions to customer problems. Customer satisfaction is key. It is also important to exude confidence while remaining professional, regardless of the customer’s mood.


Your profile looks like this:

  • You are communicatively skilled
  • You have a strong grasp of the Dutch language in word and writing
  • You have a reasonable command of the English language
  • You listen well and communicate clearly
  • You are flexibly deployable
