Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

If you have a strong grasp of the Dutch, Flemish or French language, enjoy talking on the phone and possess the necessary qualities of a good call center employee, you can apply directly! We have locations in Konya, Ankara, Denizli and Nazilli. The possibility of working from home is negotiable.

No prior education is required to work with us. If your application is approved, you will receive intensive training during your first week. However, you should be a good listener, communicate clearly, have a positive attitude and be able to handle stress.

Once you start as a contact center employee, you have the opportunity to grow (both financially and functionally) into a team coach or manager, for example.
